I guess this is hijacking this thread, but yesterday I had forgotten about a song I listened to, a few years ago, when I was going through the worst and darkest time in my life - Set Me Free by Casting Crowns. I thought that death would be better than life. When I heard it yesterday, I thought, "Oh my goodness, I am totally free." I had forgotten how dark it really felt for me. God is good!  |
As with my Dad there is nothing he can say. He gushes about his church and whats going on and try and tell him about ours and he could care less. He sends me preaching CD's and I put them in the draw and give them back when I see him. Oh well!
And giving a praise report is never hijacking a thread is is giving glory to God!!!! Don't you love it when you can look back and see victory? God is good!
