Wondering how widespread the teaching AGAINST doctors and medical assistance for children really is.
Do you know of an Apostolic/Pentecostal church within 50 miles of your home where the pastor teaches for the members to refrain from using medical assistance for themselves and their children to the point of death or being disfellowshipped?
No names are needed.
No.

This nonsense about not taking a child to the doctor needs to stop.
Would we allow to let parents sacrifice their children to Moloch? like the ancients did?
There comes a point where the health and welfare of a child trumps parental rights, would it be OK for a parent to beat a child to death?
death is death, the result is the same whether the child is sacrifice to Moloch, beaten to death or not taken to the doctor, the child is dead either way.
enough of this foolishness, if you believe in divine healing (Which I also do) then believe for yourself and do not go to the doctor yourself, but no more sacrificing of children to prove some non-biblical idea.

There does come a time where the health and welfare of a child trumps the parent but when is that exactly? Are you saying beating a child to death is the same as trusting God? That doesn't make any sense. I think, for example, a parent should be able to choose whether to have their child vaccinated or not but some would argue that that is child abuse.

The non biblical idea is to let a child die needlessly.
I do believe in divine healing, but when my children are sick, I take them to the doctor. yes call me unbeliever if you want to, but I am not going to let my children suffer.

Sorry, but I still don't see how this no-doctor doctrine is unBiblical.
Are any sick among you? Pray. They will be healed. Bible.
Every good and perfect gift is from above. Bible.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. Bible.
If two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. Etc. etc. etc. Bible.
Ye have not, because ye ask not. Bible.
Now, if it is Biblical to pray for healing and if it doesn't work use doctors, please show us.

Well, what I was always told was that Luke was a physician and he didn't stop being one after he became a Christian.
