Obama's executive orders are anti-constitutional. The problem is I am not sure what is worse. Obama rewriting laws or a Congress that lets him. As President He does NOT have the authority to change laws, in effect writing laws. Only Congress has that power. His office is supposed to enforce those laws but he refuses to do that as well. Why hasn't he been impeached is my only question.
