I know lots of ladies that are widows that guide..lead their households...I did not say married women are to lead a household...If a woman has no husband then what is she supposed to do? Let the man next door lead her home?

There just seems to be a lot of speculation, but no actual evidence to prove any woman in the early church was the head or led any congregation. Like that about Philip's daughters.

Well, David...neither you or I lived back there...I have just arrived in the USA with Brother Alvear and am dead tired...maybe tomorrow I will post more...but always remember the then world...and cultures and customs...(you should study that) However if I have time I will prove to you by the Arqueologial Spade...evidence that women preachers existed...but not now...have you studied the church councils?

No, but, according to you (not the Bible) married women are free to lead other women's husbands in the church  ?!

Yea', them-thar' all-authoritative Trinitarian-Catholic church-councils !
What were we ever thinking by opting for God-breathed Scripture over-against the Catholic "councils"  ?
