What an awesome opportunity for a married couple to befriend others and possibly even win them to Christ if lost people find out and want to join you!

Contact radio stations and have them advertise it as a public service announcement-- hoping they won't charge you.
Contact other churches in your immediate area and give them flyers to distribute and hang up-- emphasizing the non-denominational aspect of your attempt to fellowship with other morally-grounded, Christian-minded, married couples.
Local grocery and drug stores will let you hang up flyers in their stores. You could distribute flyers in their parking lots too.
Parks and Recreation centers and YMCA's, and even gyms will have places for locals to advertise stuff.
Use Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist (as a last result) and other websites to advertise.
One or more of these ideas may work for you and your husband.
