Maybe we could all let God say what God has done or not done in the world these past several thousands years.
God knows what He has and has not inspired and helped to create. If we're not His personal spokespeople in all matters (and we're not), let's not be so quick to speak for Him, in either direction.
In any case, Mr. Delay said what he said, believes what he believes, and some agree and some don't, on whatever level they understand the comments.
No need to fight each other over it.
