You are correct that Jesus did not reject those that He encountered because of their outside appearance. He accepted the woman caught in the very act of adultery that had been dragged out into street ( probably not given time to make herself modest) but at the same time He did not turn away anyone for the sin they were currently living in such as the woman at the well. Does this mean that Jesus is okay with and will over look adultery and idolatry since He did not turn her away? No to say this would be nonsense. The reason that jesus did not turn any away for how they looked on the outside or for whatever sin they were living in was simply because they like everyone else in the world at that time were sinners and sinners sin but these were people that when confronted with Jesus were repenant and realized their need for Him. Sinners sin and a sinners lifstyle should not our standard not an excuse for how we want to live.
