Re: Should Tony Stewart be banned from Nascar?
You guys need to understand the design of a sprint car ,it has no clutch ,rear end ,differential ,anything it doesn't need they eliminated it like a starter to save weight ,, its wheel base is 84 inches, heck my snow sled is longer than that ,yet it has the power of a formula one racer, its a total on or off switch ,the rear tires have huge stagger, ie one is much bigger and wider, the steering wheel is almost useless except at very low speeds ,if you want to turn it you gun it and basically your using one tire to do it, ,its the only way, there were many cars out there and youre telling me you know which one gunned it ? absurd ! he stepped into the path and he tried to turn down even more than he was, incidentally you will see the car ahead of him was higher than he was thereby hiding Ward, he didn't turn up he was already lower ,finally he had a split second to do something ,you can see where Ward stepped down even further then the car who just passed ,if he doesnt step down more ,Tony also misses him ,but he didn't ,Totally Wards fault, ps many nascar drivers do this but they aint that stupid ,they stay way back and toss the helmet, but this kid cant afford to do that ,they are very expensive, lastly plenty of drivers say they are going to run over someone ,but never do because they know one tap and they will be out to ,so they don't wanna risk that !! before people comment they need to know the business !!
