Didn't you post like 20 scriptures against Steve Pixler on the other thread in agreement with Steve Epley that every one should leave his church?
All taken out of context.
Then fail to answer a simple question about what sin SP is guilty of?
So apparently you lament Steve Epleys treatment but seem to have no qualms treating SP as a heathen.
No...I didnt. You must have misunderstood. I posted scriptures in defense of Brother Epley's decision to warn against the error of Brother Pixler. The scriptures indicated multiple times that the Apostles named names when someone was in error. The scriptures were not against Brother Pixler.
I'm going to depart this discussion with a quote from Steve Pixler's twitter account. Enlightening to some and probably empowering others. In closing...
"If the Pharisees are not accusing you of comprimising holiness then you are not preaching the Gospel of Jesus."
The same men that he fellowshipped, preached and believed the same thing with for years are now "Pharisees" because he has changed his stance.
I am no one that many will know, but once again, I repent of my membership here. Farewell.

And you never answered the question about what Pixlers sin or "error" was. Just throw it all against the wall and see if something sticks.

He said "If the Pharisees are not accusing you of comprimising holiness then you are not preaching the Gospel of Jesus."
This was against the Pharisees, he mentioned no names.
are you admitting that you are a Pharisee?
are you saying those men are Pharisees?
Did the shoe fit and you desired to wear it?

Is it wrong to call them Pharisees if they really are? All these years you think people love you and then see how they turn on you and seek to destroy you over understanding scripture a little bit differently. Its hard when reality hits and the veil is lifted.

Epley feels free to impugn other ministers, offer vague innuendos regarding their character, and send people to Hell. But if anyone, ANYONE, addresses his error they are "attacking the man of God" and have no respect for ministry.
Very odd.
As I've said, the one good thing in all of this is that with every post Epley drives more people away from his warped legalism.
It's a blessing, really.
