Yes indeed. The problem with a drink or two, is that some people can drink one or two occasionally, and never need more. But, there are some who seem to be more predisposed to addiction than others, and you may not even know that you are one of them. It has already been said that most people who are alcoholics figured they could handle one or two, and never intended to become drunkards, but it was the eventual outcome of a drink or two.

For our family, we have decided to just stay away from it. The benefits, in our opinion, do not outweigh the dangers. There are more ways to have heart healthy lives without wine.
