OK, so if that was the advice of Paul the Apostle suggests to young widows and young single women, where is the advice for homosexuals? Paul only gives that advice to two types of young women. Young widows and unmarried young women. If we follow what the Apostle said in other epistles he was talking about young people, and in 1st Timothy he gives his reasons for his thoughts for these females to marry.
1 Timothy 5:11-14
But the younger widows refuse: for when they have begun to wax wanton against Christ, they will marry; Having damnation, because they have cast off their first faith. And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not. I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully.
In
1st Corinthians 7 it looks like he is speaking primarily to young people when it comes to men and women wanting to get married, and deals with the issues of youth. Yet, the apostle emphasizes the idea of remaining single for the work of the Gospel. Yet, since Timmy brings up
1st Corinthians 7:9 to say that KBW's post concerning self serving homosexuals getting married due to lust is the same thing which the Apostle is writing about to Corinth. My question is, where does the Apostle ever deal with men getting married to men? Where in the Bible do we see any advice for homosexual marriage, lustful, or otherwise?
