It's complex because in contains the implicit question: What is the Bible? And another one: What does it mean to be saved? Also: What do we mean by "true"? How literally do we have to take each scripture? E.g., does one need to be a Young-Earth Creationist?
OK, discuss.

No. Believing in the doctrine of
Biblical inerrancy or
Biblical infallibility is not a prerequisite for salvation. Salvation is accomplished by grace through faith.
Similar questions would be
"Do all of my beliefs have to be correct in order to be saved?" and
"How certain must I be in the validity of my beliefs in order to be saved?" Recently I read a book on this subject called
Benefit of the Doubt: Breaking the Idol of Certainty by Greg Boyd. I thought it was certainly worth the read.
