You DO realize his definition of the talmud even contradicts the dictionary right? No probably you dont. Like you dont realize that what Roman pagans did has nothing to do with his assigned homework but its the best he has.

The Talmud is what the Jews term as the "Old Torah". It is "oral" and explains what the scriptures mean, how to interpret them and how to apply them to the Law.
The Torah is written and is referring to the first 5 books of the OT, but can also include all of the OT books.
