Other than the odd wording if 1 Tim. 2:10, the NT does not prohibit women in ministry.
In Gal.3:28, men did not stop becoming men and Greeks did not become Jews. Who they were, their social status, did not have any impact on their place in the body of believers.

*Nothing "odd" about it at all (BTW, it's I Tim. 2.11-14) - it is crystal-clear instructions to the church. What's "odd" is why folks fight it so hard. And, no, I Timothy 2 is not at ALL the "only passage" that forbids this. I Corinthians 14.34 is plan to a 6 yr. old. Shall I start posting the lexical data on the infitive verb translated "to speak" (λαλειν)? It is translated "preach" numerous times.
*No, Bauer did not have a "bias" against women in the "ministry" - he was probably the most astute linguist of the last several generations. It is simply a textual & biblical fact...& that's what he annotated - the linguistic facts.
*Again, I have much-much-much more lexical data on this issue - shall I begin ?
