IMO, Women should focus their ministry at home and with their families.

For me the greatest witness is to see christian marriages operating well. With divorce rates as high as they are and the power struggles within homes it is a breath of fresh air to see godly women in operation. I really never have been allured to female speakers (no offence), but I have been impressed by the sweet Spirit that some ladies portray. When someone that is a sinner sees christian families who the wife is a sweet and submitted person, and who does not voice over their husband it is the one of the greatest witnessing tools.
I personally believe that a lady who seeks male roles in the church has a heart problem, but the indictment is against the church and other leaders who would appoint a female to that role. It is sad when there are not godly men who can lead and it is women are having to fill those roles.
The biggest ministry a lady can have is the ministry that God has called her to. I think many defend ladies in ministry more so because it has become so prominent in our culture. Many churches are depending on these ladies leading because of the lack of men who are near to God and His word. I do not mean to judge ladies who are preaching in the ministry. I think if men have strong christian voices in their churches and communities ladies will not find leader roles so available to them.
I don't hear church government taught and spefifications for it taught so many men and ladies view other ladies doing and get the idea that is Gods' plan.
