Why don't you just make a prohibition against new converts going on the Internet? Also restrict new converts from looking at any unauthorized material. While you are at it make sure new converts never speak to anyone from other denominations or religions.

Re: GNC Forum
Is it telling that the majority of those who do like AFF are no longer Apostolic and those that do not like it are still Apostolic? Hmmmm....
AFF is not a friend to the Apostolic movement for the most part.

Yes, I agree that this forum is dangerous to new converts, because they are not yet grounded in the truth.
however this is a great place for those who are mature in the faith, for it challenges them to create good arguments for their beliefs.
As an Apostolic myself I do want my Apostolic doctrine respected, but I do not mind when someone honestly challenges my Apostolic doctrines.
We have to be able to give an answer for the faith that is in us.
We have to be able to earnestly contend for the faith once delivered unto the saints.

Actually AFF is a true friend to the Apostolic movement, because it allows free discussion of Apostolic Doctrines.
There are many forums where any discussions of Apostolic doctrines are quickly shut down and even deleted.
Here I have no problem discussing my Apostolic beliefs without having to worry about being kicked out and banned for doing it.
Yes there will be people who attack my beliefs, but I get a chance to refute them and answer them, while in other places defending Apostolic beliefs is anathema.

Titus2woman on AFF
"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

GNC and all the "Apostolic" forums have died, for one single reason.
No discussion or debates of doctrine is permitted, that is what kills forums.
When Stan Hallet run GNC he permitted people to discuss Apostolic doctrines pro and con, once he left the management to others they quickly clamped down on debates and that was the end of GNC.
I remember the new managers at GNC being very zealous of protecting their version of Apostolic doctrine. pretty soon everyone started leaving and at the end it was a ghost town.

Re: GNC Forum
goodnewscafe was an Apostolic forum, but they were stricter and many believe that led to it's ultimate demise

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
