The reason I ask is because your belief that it cannot be proven that the earth orbits the sun would seem to force one to conclude that it cannot be proven that the space station orbits earth. After all there should be no difference between the space station orbiting earth and earth orbiting the sun if that's the case.
If you believe the space station orbits earth then you believe it can be proven that one objects orbits the other. If that's the case all we need to do is examine your methodology and apply it to the earth and sun question.
Going back to the case of if you believe it cannot be proven that the space station orbits the earth then I believe your position is already defeated because it's apparent for a number of reasons that the space station does in fact orbit earth.
