This is something that caught my eye recently.
All financial charts show that the peak prosperity for the US, adjusted for inflation, was in the latter months of 1972 and early 1973. Since that time there has been a constant erosion of prosperity for this nation and a constant decline of the middle class.
There has been a lot of study on this from various financial gurus but I was thinking.....
What was the stimulus that started this downfall?
Was it oil?
Was it housing?
Or is this the result if something else?
What major decision, on a national level, was made by this country in 1973 that would cause a change in it's prosperity?
Could it be that the decision to embrace Roe vs Wade has now brought a national judgment?
Psa 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
Psa 33:13 The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.
Psa 33:14 From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.
Psa 33:15 He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.
Since this decision from a national level we now see national judgment.
Just recently we have seen the low-mark of gay marriage, gays in the military, the fragmentation of the family structure, and the total offensive against anything Godly and righteous.
The Church is increasingly coming under attack, righteousness is being mocked, Christianity ridiculed and discriminated against, and this is only the beginning.
So what is a Godly Christian to do?
