I only know of one church that does this on a regular basis. But then, the attendance is so low now that all 8 people could testify and only take up 10 minutes of service time.

Our church doesn't do it. (at least they haven't since we started going there in Sept) When someone has a testimony they want to share, they let the pastor know-- and he gives them a chance to share it.
