It does. I've mentioned that T-shirts were designed specifically for men, yet we have no issue with women wearing them. In addition, historically speaking, both high heels and even hosiery were originally men's attire, and it was a scandal when women began wearing them. However, today both high heels and hosiery are considered women's attire.
In all honesty, it seems like "pants" are the only article of clothing conservatives on this issue are focused on.
Imagine the look on my face when an Apostolic woman is wearing a skirt with T-shirt and I'm told that she wears a skirt because pants pertain to a man.
