Do you understand both portions of scripture you posted are all about choice? When Paul is discussing the individual who wanted to keep the Law of Moses, but couldn't through his carnality. Paul wasn't talking about himself personally?

No doubt. It had it's teeth pulled right after the death of Brother Jim Yohe. Then Micheal Fleming tried to pull it together.
