Thank you. When a person can see their results it is very motivating to keep going. According to a digital home scale my BMI started at about 35% body fat 32%water recently those numbers have flipped to about 31%fat and about 35% water. I have read sources that say a man should have a body fat of 18-25% to be average. I am still overweight, but I am getting their and I am enjoying it.

Breakfast yesterday:grilled chicken, brown rice, scrambled eggs, raw spinach.

snack: 1 tsp of peanut butter.

dinner: Spaghetti served over raw spinach, fried okra, broccoli and cheese. More carbs than I wanted, but it was decent.

Not a very good day on the diet.

Breakfast. Fried bologna, egg, and cheese, on whole grain. and a side of spinach, and a half a banana.

Supper: three Nathan all beef hotdogs two of them between whole grain bread the third just the dog, a side salad, a few sun chips, and a hunk of watermelon.

We had a youth night and the fellowship centered around a meal.
Those Nathan hotdogs are supposed to be kosher. All beef, not gluten, no fillers, no sugars. We did pray over it as well.

Again, you can eat like Doctor Bragg and never get healthier.
Food consumption is only 20% the rest is exercise. Not aerobic, or working construction. Calisthenics, weight lifting, and cardio all combined. It is a part of hygiene. Like brushing teeth, washing yourself, and routines you maintain when you go to the latrine. Weight lifting, calisthenics, and cardio helps to get everything working properly. Also maintains good hormonal balance in the body.
