First of all I shave every day, so i gain absolutely nothing spewing vitrol against those who have the beard standard.
Yet I am one of their harshest critics, and why? because it is a non-biblical standard, there is absolutely no Bible for it.
I teach against anything that is not clearly a biblical standard. I really do not care about anyone's good intentions or whatever reason they create those man-made standards.
Jesus spewed vitrol against the pharisees standards of washing the hands. Oh he was unreasonable and quite vicious in his attacks against them.
Jesus was teaching his disciples to rebel against those man-made standards.
