Next door, on the other side of us in a different house, there are neighbors who smoke weed as well. They do it outside. The stench is so bad, I don't allow the kids to play in the yard when they're smoking (pretty much every evening and weekend), nor do I spend much time outside. So while smoking outside may help keep the inside from smelling like pot, it still causes issues.
