Really? You have zero personal experiences, and what you know is from statistics. From the looks of you, you don't work hard (laboring), play hard, or exercise hard. Bro, this country (also this world) was made up of homeschool, homebirth, home raised foods, and home family apprenticeship for vocational training.
We have hospitals that are the size of small towns, and instead of insurance people need to get up and move around. Stop eating garbage, and eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, home cooked meals, not out of a can.
