How do evangelists get paid?

I’ve always pondered, how do evangelists (circuit preachers) get paid?

Does the hosting pastor offer an amount? Per service? Per hour?
If people get saved?

Does the evangelist have a set rate? Or is it based on offerings collected during the revival?
