We have several hundred troops there. Ron Paul said in a recent video they are there working with ISIS and Al Queda. I saw a week ago Putin was asking Trump to pull our troops out so they can get on with destroying ISIS.

The US reaction was to send a hundred more troops. Thats what the delay in the battle may be about. The Russians dont wont a fight with America so they are hoping we will pull out.
