So in OUR DAY we have no signs pointing to the coming of Jesus on a cloud to redeem US?

We need not watch the signs and pray? So if you believe this was JUST FOR ISRAEL you must believe Jesus already came in the first century. In that case the Bible means nothing to us. It was not written for a people who MISSED THE COMING OF JESUS.

It was written for a people who were LOOKING FOR his coming.

Also consider this. If the book of Revelation was just for first century dwellers at Jerusalem almost NONE OF THEM ever knew anything about it.
Even if Revelation was written before 70ad almost no one owned their own "Bible".

So if there may have been a few hand written copies of it around how many Messianic Jews owned copies of the Old Testament in which they would go back and study to tie the symbols of Revelation with the prophetic words that came before?

If Matt 24 were strictly for the Jews in the first century thats all they would have needed. The book of Revelation even if seen by a few of them would not have been needed.

Mike, stop the drama. You believe that the book of Revelation wasn't for anyone for 2,000 years! Here is wisdom, figure out the number name of the beast. Well, my man, according to you if someone lived 2,000 years ago that would be impossible. Because according to you the joker wouldn't be born for another 2,000 years.
