In Kabbalah the Tetragrammaton is used in incantations. Aleister Crowley believed it to be a magic talisman. In the LXX the word we see in Psalm 68:4 is κύριος. Michael Gibson doesn't want to admit that the tetragrammaton wasn't an issue (as much as he and Yahwists) make it out to be.
