I read years ago in an article that only about 10% of the AG constituents as a whole have spoken in other tongues.

Like many 'Pentecostal churches, there is a broad diversity of beliefs. I met an AG pastor in Mentor, Ohio, in the 90's that held an unbelievably high holiness standard. His assembly, at that time, appeared to be more Apostolic than many Apostolic churches. He was in a definite minority, but it was a very pleasant experience meeting and knowing him.
