My husband's nephew is on his way to Iraq. He is coming to Austin, on leave, for a few days next week before he is shipped out.
He and our son have been best friends all their lives. Our son had plans and canceled everything when he called to say he was flying in. He's going to surprise his father. Our son is picking him up at the airport.
The kindest boy! I wonder how much he will change when he comes back. He's in the Marines.
