Regarding Benny Hinn and his type:
Mt 11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.
Contrary to what I have heard many say, the word "suffereth" does mean "allows" in this scripture. The scripture is saying the Kingdom is under attack. People like Benny Hinn latch on to the things of God and take them by force.
With that said, I got the impression the writer of this article may be going too far in the opposite direction. I believe God still heals and performs miracles in people's lives.
