I think what you consider "a stand" and what many consider one are probably different.
I have a feeling that in your paradigm "a stand" means that to attend your church no one can have or watch a tv (once they have been going a little while).
In many other peoples paradigm "a stand" is preaching against the content on TV and / or requiring platform people, choir members, SS teachers, etc to not have them but not making having one a matter of fellowshiop in general.
