Why when I read this thread to I feel like I'm reading a thread about politics???

I mean... doesn't that say something is wrong with the whole thing if politics EVER become involved in who is leadership in something like this??? Whatever happened to God?

This is why denominations are stupid, all it turns into is political games iwth people being groomed to be in positions...

All we are turning into is another denomination... And the reason that is happening is we decided we needed to have a 100 page rulebook... Get rid of the stupid rules and keep the # of things that "connect us" low and you don't get these political games...
