The length of a woman's hair and its state of "un-cutness" DIRECTLY correlates with the woman's level of spirituality. It signifies and represents her submission to authority and to her husband or other male authority. A woman's uncut hair gives her power with the angels and is given to her as a covering. With all due respect - that is one of the stupidest things I have ever seen in print. It is not the truth. It is not in the Bible.
