Boils down to integrity, committment and burden instead of wanting a huge paycheck.
The trouble with your question is we then get all kinds of dumb answers whether or not cut hair is correct. Not answers to your question. Maybe I did not do any better.

Good point BOOMM. If I want the license I must conform to the application process and rules for membership whether it's a preacher's, medical, drivers, or whatever kind of license even if they ask questions I might find to be "stupid".
