***Newsflash: Conservatives Have Their New GS Elect In Waiting ****

I have information from received multiple sources that the UC's have formulated contingency plans if the TV resolution passes to form a new org and have asked a General board member to be the first GS.

"Its a done deal.", reported one source.

Can anyone confirm this report?

you know... I respect staying and trying to change things... I do...

I don't respect anyone who is threatening to leave, though, and if my pastor were one of the ones trying to hold people hostage with thier membership (especially over something this lame) there isn't a chance I would ever step foot in thier church again...

Ok, I admit it, they have asked me to be their new GS, and I have accepted.

William price will be my vice president

Vote for Pedro!

I was one of the first in my district to place ads on TV and fought a difficult mindset. Based upon all the reports and friends who are talking, we really do not expect it to pass. The poll was virtually 50/50, but the clincher is most UC's end up showing up to vote.

This is an interesting statement. So you already are posting ads on TV even though at present the org is opposed to this?

Will you continue to place ads on TV if it does not pass?

I turned in my credentials last month. We advertised a special service and could not fit the people in the sanctuary. I personally have seen tremendous response to tv adv. I have numerous families within the last 6 months added to the church. I'm presently going to be airing a 60 minute program on cable of our service.

cable is the way to go. Extremely cheap. 175 ads for 200.00. Public access is $14.00 per half-hour.

I figured since I bolded the last statement, I should bold this honorable answer so no one gets one side of the story.
