I think that we know God can but don't trust ourselves enough to put our faith to work...for example...
One time a few years back I was in a store front and saw a blind man on the corner waiting for a bus and I felt a stirring in my spirit to pray for him...and I didn't act on it because I doubted myself...the man got on the bus and left...I realized then that I had missed an oppurtunity to see God work and see that man healed... I never want to mistrust again...
God Can...
