It has various plug-ins and other add-ons to handle multimedia streaming etc... look at the demo on their site.
www.trexhost.com has cpanel and fantastico script installer which makes it easy to host a site by point and click... no html needed.

www.bibletalkcafe.com if you want to see what I have done. I don't use streaming media though, but like I said they have plug-ins that make it easy enough to do. Just look at the extensions tab on the Joomla site.
