My hubby owns an old stock car and races it once a month or so in the "any fool can race their car" races at our local speedway. He's not one of the professionals.. I wouldn't let him put that much of our time or money into it...
But he's also one of the most faithful home Bible study teachers in our church and spends way more hours studying and teaching and praying than he does on his hobbies. (which also include the wordly amusments of hockey and baseball)
