So is porn, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, playing poker, and biting my fingernails but that doesn't meant it should be illegal. I just have a hard time with legislating morality.
As long as someone else’s drug use doesn’t interfere with the pursuit of life, liberty, and of happiness of others then they should be allowed to live their life responsibly.
