LadyCoon, ya gotta be kidding... that sounds wonderful!

You know you have a friend just a few hours away that is needy and sooty. He would love a nice Filet Mignon on Thanksgiving...

BTW Is this beef meat or coon meat?

We're not having the traditional Thanksgiving dinner this year. We are having......

Prime Rib (cooked by me) and
Filet Mignon
Mashed potatoes
Green beans
Corn
Patsa Salad
Rolls
Homemade pies
Cakes

Lots and lots of goodies.

We're going to Oklahoma, to my sisters and then Friday Morning........I'm going to join the other idiots (or smart people if they get good deals) hit the streets to fight to gather my plunder.

It is so very, very different from Cool Whip. I have a place in my heart for both Cool Whip and homemade whipped cream. lol The homemade falls pretty quickly. You want to make it and serve it pretty much immediately. It is so good though. Well worth making every now and then.
I love this stuff!
