The answer to the first question is NO! A person will NOT have to leave the UPC to be a part of the new fellowship.
The answer to the second question is that a person MUST be UPC to participate in UPC Bible Quizzing. Many ARE leaving, and yet want access to a very worthwhile endeavor. Thus, the creation of a non-UPC Bible Quizzing program does NOT mean they are requiring people to leave the UPC.
