Slow down and read the entire text. I NEVER said I would not want to report a pervert.
The thread discussion is about accountability. As Mark pointed out, how could anyone be accountable to someone when their problem is child molestation because he would want to turn them in to the law. I agree with him but I was pointing out the fact that ministers are not required by law to report a confession from a penitant.
I think all child molestors deserve prison and I abhor the thought of anyone covering it up. In fact, there was case not to long ago in the Houston area and I personally believe Pastor BT should be locked up for covering up the child molesting cardiologist.
