Thad, let me ask you a question. If your pastor suddenly preached that you had to wear a suit coat at all times in all seasons, would you do it? I mean, this is something he's preaching to all the men, not just those on the platform, and also claiming that it's Bible and using a scripture to back him up.
Let's say that your pastor says that in accordance to
1 Cor 11, all men had to keep their heads shorn (cut very close, like a sheep) or shaven, would you? Would all men in your church comply just because the preacher said so?
