Will it become an org? That is truly the qustion, but to date it is merely a place for conservative ministers to network together.
My pastor Br Wayne Cardwell is a part of it and has talked with the ministers in his church regarding this, myself included.
I personally think it is a good thing. I too am concerned with the liberal leaning persausion of UPCI.
Let me state here- Br Cardwell has not suggested to any of the licensed ministers that they should leave the org nor has he done so himself. He has not decided to leave that we know of and is not planning to take the local assembly out of the org.
FYI- anyone who wishes to join PFW can do so regardless of affiliation. All conservatives are welcome. Many of the names on the list are still affiliated with their orgs such as UPCI, ALJC, and more.
I would suggest that those who post so much without getting their facts straight would better serve in researching things before stirring controversy. You make it difficult to have unity when you work for satan in this respect.

NI,
What is your definition of an organization? Is it one that issues licenses? I don't know if the WWPF has announced they will license ministers yet but it seems like a very logical step.
They certainly are an organization when it comes to mirroring almost every department the UPC has from quizzing, youth ministries, women's ministries, missions, etc.
