Have you ever read his tract " Born again, Whats that?"or seen his lesson "The kingdom of God"? You can for free on his website.
I have been to several of his conferences and he always ends them with the apostolic plan of salvation. I have seen people recieve the Holy Ghost at his conferences, and I'm sure that many have been baptized that I'm not aware of. The man was a UPC pastor for over 30 years, what do you think he believes it takes to be saved?
