Yeah she did. I had mixed emotions last night. These two have been in the bottom before so it's not a surprise to see them there, but I thought both of them did extremely well this week. Syesha was amazing!

I missed the show and results this week...but came home and the wife asked me if I could guess who got the boot.

I nailed it, althought if i had actually seen the show and saw Brook stop in her song and apologize for messing up.....she would have been my guess.

Yeah, I wondered about that too. I hate hearing that song and now I can't get it out of my mind!

I said the same thing! When she started singing that song, I told my husband she was sealing her fate right then. I hate that she's off because I've enjoyed her since her first audition. But she hasn't produced what the others have.

I remember preachers railing on that song in the early 70s, but was too young to understand what they were talking about. America is pretty messed up right now, but I think there are enough people out there who don't feel comfortable with that kind of music.

Then again, I live in my own little knaive dream world....

I belong to a local community theater group and some of the members have always wanted to perform that play. So far our director has nixed it everytime someone mentions it.

I'm glad Carly left and I think it was all about that blashemous song. I looked up the lyrics on the internet and the song's lyrics are meant to be sung by Judas.
