I agree, caps aren't going to really help. We need to be loosed from our dependence on foreign oil. We need to drill for oil here using environmentally friendly methods. I also believe that we need to develop engines and technologies that use alternative fuels and energy like Hydrogen engines, nuclear power, etc.

It goes according to the last 2 digits of the taxpayer's SSN. The IRS has a chart on their website. I should be getting mine by the 9th of May.

They announced today somewhere that if you have direct deposit that it goes out today... dunno if that was wrong info or what but thats what they said on some radio broadcast or paper I was reading.. one

Are you sure it is everyone with Direct Deposit?? I thought it was sociaols ending in 00-20 that would have it by tonight?.....

If you want to know exactly how it's going to play out, then go to the IRS website. They even have a calculator you can use to estimate how much you will be getting.
