So none of us even know the how it was originally pronounced, so we cant know for sure what the original spoken name of God was. Even if you insist that Yahweh is His proper name, you really don't know that for sure.

b.... since you feel the King James translators have committed such a great transgression by replacing God's name with "LORD", what version of the Bible do you use, which has the "proper" name of God?
YHWH,Here it is, Y is for Ye ,H is for ho,W is for ws ,H is for huwa. His name is Yehowshuwa.Even Yahweh was shortened from Yehowshuwa to Yahweh.Yahweh is not pronounced the same as Yehowshuwa.

Where do you get your information that Y is for Ye? He is for ho. W is for WS and He is for huwa?

And where do you get your information that Yahweh is shortened from Yehhowshuwa?

YOU - SIR, JUST LIKE TO ARGUE! ..... and that "green cheese" argument .... can be applied to your comment also. By the way, do you ever stop and consider that you don't KNOW the person you're "speaking" to on these forums - sometimes your answers can come off so abrasive. Of course, if you stay true to course, then your answer to MY comment would then be some sort of "slam". I'm not sure where you are from... but I think maybe you have a very dominate (possibly argumentative) pastor/leader. Maybe not...and if I'm wrong, I apologize in advance! NOW don't get defensive - I'm just making a "point" ... that we sometimes answer these posts based on the emotion that they invoke in us!! Just an observer...

I didn't say anything about that person. All I did was respond to his assertions and asked some questions. Then he made a comment about my spirit.

I understand, it took me a while to get use to Prax, but I finally figured out he really likes to get to the point with as few words as possible. And not get emotional about it. And he has a great sense of humor. But you have to really watch for it or you might miss it.
